Job Role:
Trainee – Assembly / CNC / VMC / SPM Machine Operator
Location:
Phase-II, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
(Only candidates within 250 KM of Noida are eligible)
Job Responsibilities:
Operate Assembly, CNC, VMC, and SPM machines
Support manufacturing and production operations for automobile AC components
Work in rotational shifts and complete assigned production tasks
Maintain quality, safety standards, and proper documentation
Perform overtime as required by production demand
Qualification:
10th / 12th / ITI
Eligible for all ITI trades except COPA & Civil
Skills:
Ability to work on machines and production lines
Basic technical and mechanical aptitude
Physically fit for plant operations
Discipline, punctuality, and willingness to learn
Male candidates only
Age limit: 18–28 years
Salary:
10th / 12th Pass: ₹11,700 + ₹1,500 DBT = ₹13,200 (26 days)
ITI Pass: ₹12,000 + ₹1,500 DBT = ₹13,500 (26 days)
Single OT applicable
Maximum OT: 4 hours per day
Other Details:
Working Hours: 8 hours + overtime
Shifts: Rotational
Facilities: Canteen & transport available
Attendance Award: ₹500 per month (26 working days)
